Enhance mobile app performance when zooming on drawings

When zooming in or out of a Drawing on Mobile, the image will flicker and reload constantly as it is being resized. With large drawings the image takes a long time to redraw as they zoom and performs poorly.

Users want the performance to be better and flicker less if at all when zooming.

It takes a long time to zoom in and out of large images, and isn't a very good UI experience for users. They are used to a much more responsive experience with other viewers.
