Change size of reviewed, approved, comment submittal thumbnails in mobile app

Please change the size of the thumbnails for the document for review, approved document and comments in mobile app submittals. The current size of the document for review thumbnail is the largest. The approved documents and comments thumbnails are smaller. This is confusing and makes users want to click on the larger thumbnail. The approved document and comments thumbnails should be larger than the document for review thumbnail.
