Enable default zoom on ios mobile

currently when using ios device and viewing the web site using safari web browser the site uses the devices zoom feature, which in some cases if zoomed in will make the site unusable for the viewer. can you build in and force a default zoom that works with the safai browser to force it to fit the contents on the screen so a user doesn't have to go back into their settings and make changes to the devices zoom features.
