Add Submittal Packages to the Mobile App Merged

Currently there is no "submittal packages" tab in the document control section of the mobile app. This makes doing a material inspection in the field difficult. Please add "submittal packages" to the mobile app to review products in the field.

    Great idea as submittal packages are used for distribution rather than register items
