Drawings continually crashing mobile application

Each week we are provided messages that identify our projects crashing on the mobile application once users try to open drawings. The drawings work one day, then the next day, when they try to open a drawing, the application crashes.

What are the known issues and what is the current solution to correct this issue?

These drawings work perfectly in the mobile version, and depending on the day, work in the mobile application.
