Annotation bar needs to be off by default. Presently it is always on the bottom of screen. Based on the engineer, the page number is usually in the lower corner of the page. Every time you swipe the page to turn it you need to shut the annotation page off. Most of my team is not make notes to the drawings. Their primary focus is to read the plan. If they want to annotate, they should be able to turn the feature on. Annotation feature should be hidden by default.
