Ditch the default markup bar being in the way of viewing and let it be an option to add to the screen.

The default markup bar does not need to show up for every drawing. So many times you were just looking at the drawing tool to look at the drawings. And with the markup tool being on by default, you can’t see the page numbers. That means you have to shut the mark up to off on each page you turn to. #hugepainpoint
