Add a setting to allow photos taken in PS records to save to the photo gallery

When we take pictures in a PS module, it doesn't save to the photo gallery. They have to download it or take them outside of PS and upload them to the records. Team had a setting that allowed them to save the photo to the gallery on their phone when they took the picture from inside the app.
