Remove the toggle button from checklist

It is creating problems and confusion. Ussually, we just press pass/attn Req’d/NA and we don’t touch the toggle button. Sometimes, the toggle button itself create issues. As an example please below checklist. The toggle button pressed for the some of the items, and those items shows in report as “yes”. If I don’t press the toggle button it will show as “No”. This will cause a confusion while someone review the checklist report.

    This feature is now optional and can be included or not. it can also be setup custom on the template in the web, but adding new checklist items on mobile has an optional toggle for "Include Yes/No/NA". Please update to the latest version of ProjectSight mobile (white app) to take advantage of this functionality
