Internal Only Markups for Drawings

Currently we have to download some drawings separately so that our users can make markups or annotations to them for internal only uses (like a pre-Punch QAQC item or a walk around task). We would not want them to show to any external users or to the published version of the drawing, so we always have to do this separately.

It would be great if we could use the Drawings but have some markups not show to external users. I understand that we can turn off some from showing but it's a manual process and can't hide them from specific companies or users.
