Having to save every item of a daily report is cumbersome and items can be lost

Everytime I take a photo or add anything to a daily report I have to be sure to save the file. These can present a problem if I become distracted or select another app without saving and I lose notes an photos. Everything in daily reports should automatically save and then have a function to edit if necessary.
