Search Function at Project Home

Add a search feature to the project home on the new mobile app. This should allow users to search by keyword, record number & ideally would search text inside files (and highlight the results inside the files/records).

Users should be able to apply filters to the search results by record type, assigned to, company, date range.

    This doesn't search like the web. We have projects with multiple buildings. The building name isn't included in the project name. It is included in other records like the budget and drawings. We can search the building name on the web browser to find the job but that doesn't work in the App.
