    Report Template Sort by Gouping

    It would be useful for the report templates to be utilized while sorting by how the records are grouped. "Summary report with comments and links.... SORTED BY GROUPING"

    Once an assignment is marked as done should be able to add that same contact under cc: so they continue to receive notifications when comments or status changes

    This would be useful because we want to keep the original completed date of the actual assignment showing, which when marked as done notifications stop, but sometimes we want the original assignee to get notifications of future comments and status...

    Portfolio view assigned tasks

    there should be a way to view your assigned tasks for all projects in a single page…. A personal to-do list off all projects. Even better if portfolio admin could view others pending items. Just like the one PS has for projects, but for portfolios.

    Company In Active Setting

    Users would like the capability to make a Company 'Not Active' similar to what you can do with contacts.

    Submittal numbering- allow manual manipulation to add letters, example @ 3A

    Allow manual manipulation of submittal & RFI numbering. Sometimes submittals have several parts that are not all submitted at the same time. It helps with organizing.

    Go back to the old RFI text boxes

    The RFI text boxes changed for some dumb reason - now there is no room to see what is typed out. The "viewable" window is tiny in the text box. Doesn't make a lot of sense when I write it out but look at the screenshot. STOP CHANGING THINGS THAT A...

    Support for Crystal Report Parameters

    Add support for parameters that are built into custom Crystal Reports like there is in Prolog. This allows for much more flexibility with reports.

    Drawing Stamp

    Can we implement the "Rubber Stamp" function in the drawings module like it currently is in Submittals? It would be great to have the standard stamps and be able to customize and create new stamps.

    We would like to see the hyperlinks that we create in a record reflected in the notification. This allows us to send files to Project contacts, and they can download them without needing a Trimble ID. The hyperlink we use is Shared link with any user from Trimble Connect
