    Add prefix or suffix to the PO number

    We would like to see a prefix or suffix as a setting to the PO number. We are trying to include the project number into the PO scheme. We think this will help track invoice better when the project name or number is not included

    Contract dollar amount on Budget screen

    Would like to see the contract total populated to the Budget screen. This would more accurately indicate where the project is, in relation to the budget estimate, budget actuals, and contract amounts.

    Need Responsible Company in Notices to Comply

    Need the ability to run metrics on Notices by subcontractor. If a responsible company field (similar to what is in meeting items) can be added to Notices form then sorting and reporting would be much more user friendly.

    Have the ability to copy a drawing file link and send to potential bidders via email so bidders do not have be entered as a contact and do not have to sign into Project Sight.

    Checklist: Have the ability to only select Pass or Attn Req'd on an item, no N/A option.

    On the checklist module there are cases where N/A will never be an appropriate answer for an item. We need the ability to remove that option and only have Pass or Attention Required.

    Allow the word "Section" to auto create the page break in Specification Set

    Currently, it will only recognize all caps "SECTION [Spec section code] [Spec section description]."

    New Outlook

    Here soon we are going to be forced to switch over to the new version of Microsoft Outlook by our IT company. With that being said you cannot drag and drop emails or documents from the new outlook into projectsight like you can with Microsoft classic

    Add an option for Subcontract Change Order numbering to be per contract than by the entire project.

    The numbering of SCOs is incrementing upward for each project. Client would prefer to have an option to increment SCOs per contract.

    Ability to change project ownership

    If you created the project, you are recorded as the owner. This value is recorded in the database and is not modifiable in any part of the UI.
