    Restrict User Deleting Capabilities

    Under companies users have the ability to add and remove data in addresses, insurance, division, work types, regions, and contract history with restricting user permission to view only.

    Sub CO number shown on PCO

    You can see what PCO's are attached to your Sub CO, but not the other way around. It would be nice to be able to see what Sub CO's your PCO's are attached too while in the PCO.

    Make the contract (Schedule of Values) item numbers sort automatically when renumbered. Currently, it always places the last entered number at the bottom, despite asking it to sort. The sort does not seem to hold.

    Drawing annotation indicator

    From the drawing list (thumbnail or grid) you should be able to tell with a glance if there is an annotation on a drawing, and whether it is public or private. There should be some sort of simple indicator that turns on if the annotation exists.

    Streamline speed of viewing pdf files

    Some documents are large such as contracts that are uploaded and linked. This causes big delay in viewing. Possible convert to smaller file format (or .tiff/thumbnail) so viewing speed will be quicker
