Setting public comments on drawings by default

When a reviewer is adding comments to a drawing, he has to manually press make comment to public button any time for each line, revision cloud and text. As some users are not going to put many private comments, could be an option in their security...

Allow PA to select when creating custom field if it is a field that should be locked with the rest of the record.

Right now, if I have a custom field in the line level of a CI, it locks with the rest of the record when another CI is created after it. As a custom field, I should be able to determine if it gets locked or remains editable.

More formatting options

it would be nice to have a way in the portfolio settings to format all of the checklists to either all capital letters, no caps, or first letter in each word capitalized.

Quick Access Dashboard

When I want to switch from RFIs to Submittals or Drawings, I have to go all the way back to the Dashboard. There should be a dropdown menu or quick access to other items without having to revisit the main dashboard every time.
