    Submittal's review time only count business days

    The automatic review time counts calendar days, it would be useful if it only counted business days.

    Multiple Contact Names with Same E-mail

    We have some vendors that use 1 e-mail address for multiple contacts. Is it possible to have 1 e-mail link to several different contact names. Would like the projects to show the correct contact name that is working on that project.

    Specification Section Field needs better functionality. Make Specification Section not a System Required Field for Submittal Packages.

    The Specification Section of Submittals and Submittal Packages is very clunky and hard to use. It doesn't function like the rest of the fields (tab skips the field entirely so you have to click on it, then it doesn't automatically place the cursor...

    Import Users to Project

    Add "Open Assignments Company Name" To PunchList_Summary XSD

    Right now the Punch List Summary reports can only pull in the Open Assignments contact name. It would be great if we could pull in the Open Assignments company name as well.

    Expand meeting minutes quicker, everyone using meeting minutes. Function just like a check all box but would expand all.

    Default Assignee - allow multiple roles

    Each person can only have 1 role on the project team. We can only assign 1 role to the default assignees. There are records that need to be assigned to more than one role.

    Add Security to Record Status

    Currently, it looks like any full access user can change the status to whatever they want. Since the Status field is linked to notifications and record locking, I need to be able to limit who is able to approve records based on their role or user ...
