Report Formatting - Cleaner/Easier to Read Reports

RFI reports (with comments) are not easy to read or professional looking. It looks like an after thought. Comments should be listed in order with proper spacing. The "Answer" field should be larger/bold, easy to find.

Integration - drawing module and take-off software

Would be good to have integration between take-off software (such as plan grid or Trimble's take-off software) and the drawing module for project sight.

Drawing Sets - Default Assignee

It would be fabulous if the Default Assignee could be added to the Drawings Sets. Add if you could do it by Discipline like the RFIs, that would be even better! It is not a hardship to add an assignee manually but we have the option everywhere else.

I need a way to import specifications for submittals by just the number

I am looking for when using the import/export for the excel spreadsheet to recognize the specification numbers by themselves rather than also having to include the description.

Allow the Email Report Window to be scalable.

While sending out emails for submittals/RFI's the email window is very small. This makes the editing of these messages hard to manage.

Make a field on checklist required

We have certain existing forms where some of the fields require a value to be entered prior to saving the form. This capability would assist in the completeness of the checklist (form) being completed

Have a File Library upload setting to not automatically unzip files

Description: Add a Setting to not automatically unzip files and instead store them as ZIP files. Impact: This feature is a high priority for how files are managed within the company workflow process

When customizing checklist it would be nice to have the ability to add a company list drop down which links to the companies within portfolio or project settings.
