Add file library to the business iPad app (white app)

I can only access file library if I use the web browser or the blue app, why isn't it available on the white app?

Search Functions for File Library

Please add a search function to be able to search files in the file library. I often have submittals that are hundreds of pages and being able to search would help greatly in the field.
