File Library-ability to copy folders and files to other projects

The ability to copy folders and/or files to multiple projects within the portfolio would significantly reduce the time to push new folders and files to all projects.

FedRAMP Authorization

We are starting to see more projects require CMMC compliance. PS and Trimble connect are not FedRAMP authorized. Please work on this requirement.

Email a form once filled out

It would be nice to be able to email a fillable form from the file library directly from the form itself once it's filled out.

Export ALL Files from File Library with Project Export

Currently when you Export a PS Site it will only export attachments to records, however, during the course of the project we have stored many other files that are not attachments to records and these are the only place these project records exist....

Need audit trail information when sharing a document with non ProjectSight recipient

When sharing a document from File Library with "Any user with the link" the Activity history does not show who the recipient was instead has a generic "Anonymous Company" reference which provides absolutely no information that tells you who the do...

"Add" button in File Library needs pinned to top of page

If you scroll down in the file library then you cannot add folders or files without scrolling back to the top. This should be pinned to the page and not move while scrolling

Avoid editing or deleting of annotations made by others in the File Library PDF viewer

When we create an annotation on the File Library PDF viewer,someone else is able to edit or even delete this annotation. Please add permissions on these annotations
